There are times in life when the energy is blocked. You feel tired, listless, desperate or you just don't know where to start. Energie is overal
You are energy – it is in and around you. In addition to a physical body, you also have an energy body. Everything you hold, think, feel, smell and hear is energy.
This energy body is a complex system that ensures that life energy flows freely through the body.
However, chronic tension can cause blockages, which means that the accumulated energy has to find another way. This is often accompanied by signals of imbalance or illness. What happens during a session?
You lie clothed on the massage table or sit in an easy chair. You determine the intention with what you want to let go and what you want to receive. You don't have to do anything! The only thing that is needed is your willingness to receive with an open heart and mind and to let go of that which no longer serves.
During an energy transfer, your energetic bodies fill with the highest frequencies for your being. Your physical body relaxes, blocked energy starts to flow. You reconnect with your deepest being — the source — and can (re)experience who you really are.
After the session
In general, the frequencies integrate within a week. Most people experience pleasant, enjoyable and healing effects. Physical and emotional symptoms such as cold symptoms, all kinds of aches and pains and stomach complaints (which mainly profile themselves in the solar plexus) are signals of the release of old, limiting energies. Discharging these 'old' energies can be accelerated by drinking at least 1½ liters of warm water per day and giving in when you feel the need for rest.
